About me

About me

I’m Jen Rolls, a senior operations leader working with founder-led and growth-stage businesses as a fractional COO or senior operations partner.​ For over a decade, I’ve worked across multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, media, retail and regulated environments.

 

I’ve supported businesses at different stages of growth, from early scaling through to operational maturity, helping translate strategy into day-to-day execution. I’ve worked in environments with boards, investors and external scrutiny, as well as closely with small leadership teams.

My background spans operations, people, quality, finance and delivery. I’m as comfortable working at board level as I am embedded with teams, untangling what’s really happening on the ground and turning big-picture plans into practical action.

I’m known for being calm, pragmatic and commercially minded. I don’t add unnecessary process. I help teams build just enough structure to move forward with confidence.
